The EMAIL ADDRESS you use for the PayPal transaction is the email address to which we will send your vouchers.
How does this work?
You may purchase between 1 and 7 "vouchers" using the PayPal link above. After purchasing the number of vouchers, you will receive an email from 3W Races within 48 hours. (Vouchers will be emailed on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.) That email will contain your promo codes equal to the number of vouchers you purchased. (Ex. 4 vouchers purchased means you will receive 4 promo codes). Each of those codes will have a value of up to $45.00 toward one race registration. You will need to keep the voucher codes for your records and redeem them online for any 3W Races owned events within one year of the purchase date. You may keep the vouchers for yourself or send them to a friend. If a race entry fee is more than $45.00, you will be required to pay the remaining balance through the registration process. If you register for a race that is less than $45 you will NOT receive a refund, nor a partial credit.

Here are the 'rules':
Vouchers are valid only on 3W OWNED Races, cannot be combined, no cash value, MUST be redeemed within one year from your purchase date.
Limit 7 vouchers per person. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers or promotional codes. Only 1 (one) voucher can be redeemed on each individual racer. Yes, you can use multiple vouchers for multiple racers.
EXAMPLE: If you sign up for the Six Pack series as a bulk registration for all six races at the same time you can use 1 (one) voucher. However, if you decide to sign up for each of the 6 races individually you may use one voucher for each of the races. If you are signing up 3 family members for a race you may use one voucher for each family member. However, you will have to register each racer one at a time NOT all three at the same time.
Yes, you can use the codes to pay for races in 2024-2025 as long as registration is open for the event and you redeem the code by no later than midnight on 12/31/25. Codes will NOT be honored on same-day race registrations at the event. All codes must be redeemed through our registration software online. All codes MUST be redeemed on-line. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There will be NO extensions on the expiration date of 12/31/25. There will be NO refunds for any reason. All sales are final and no transfers will be allowed. Once the voucher is used it will NOT be transferred to another race or another runner. All redemption and purchases are final. NO Cash Value.

No, you can only redeem one promo code per race per participant.
3.) Can I transfer my registration for a race to someone else since I can’t attend the race?
No, this voucher is good for redemption on one person for one race and will not be transferred, refunded or exchanged for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4.) The race I want to register for is valued at less than $45.00, can I place the "remaining" amount towards another race?
No, race vouchers are good for one (1) redemption, regardless of value and no refunds, exchanges or partial redemptions are not allowed for any reason. Please pay attention when you choose to use race vouchers to the cost of the race versus the value of your voucher.
