3W Races has the ability to partner with your organization to produce as many or as few areas of your event as you should need.  We have suite of offerings including consultation, timing, course design, registration management, emcee and DJ services, race day site coordination and volunteer & vendor management.

Pricing varies based on the services you desire and the simplicity/complexity of your specific event.

Please note: sponsor recruitment and communication is always the responsibility of the race owner (you).

Generally, we speak on the phone for a short interview to see if what 3W has to offer is a good fit your event. The next step is to meet and review specifics regarding your event.  From those specific questions and responses, we will develop a proposal.  Once we both come to an agreement regarding budget and services, work can begin to get your event headed in the right direction!
