As of 1-14-2025:
3W Staff and City of Louisville have worked together to address the extreme below Zero temps forecast for the duration of the Prairie Dog Half, 10k & 5k race on 1-19-25. For the safety of all involved outdoors (staff, police, volunteers and RUNNERS) we have moved the date of the event by one week. This event will be held on 1-26-25.
Your registration is automatically moved to the new date. If you are unable to make the new date, you are welcome to TRANSFER your registration to ANY other 3W Races event (Prairie Dog Series or other) throughout the year. Your transfer must be done by midnight on 1-18-2025 or you will not be credited for a future event.
Yes, Advanced Packet Pick Up has also been pushed by one week. No items will be mailed. There is no virtual option. This is an in-person event.
We recognize that this is inconvenient and apologize that you cannot race on the originally scheduled day. If you are unable to make the new race day of 1-26-25, please TRANSFER yourself to another event in the year that works for your schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
