Starting and finishing at the iconic Memorial Park in Olde Town Arvada, this course winds through the streets and park trails for a fun and fast 5k that is extremely spectator friendly.  Parking and view of all racers are within very short walking distance of one another.

Be a part of our community-based race as we partner with the Arvada Community Food Bank to restock their cupboards after a busy holiday season. Racers AND Spectators who bring 5 canned goods to the food drive at the event will be entered into a raffle for prizes from local businesses incuding a FREE PAIR of shoes from Road Runner Sports!

There is no T Shirt with this race. Each participant will receive a hand-made mug crafted by local artist, Greg Dannels, to commemorate the 3W 2013 Resolution Run!  This is by far, the most unique swag you'll get all year!  You can also purchase additional handcrafted mugs during packet pick up or on race day while supplies last.  ($10/each)

$40 same day registration available on race day from 8:30 - 9:30 AM.
